PRICES The price of the price is based on location, size, number of bedrooms, beds and baths. However, there may be price differentiation within the same category based on supply and demand.

Prices may vary depending on the season or due to an increase or decrease in demand.

The fixed value will be taken into account at the time of ejecting the reservation, regardless of possible future variation at the time of accommodation.

The price includes towels, bed linen and household clothes in general, wifi, cable TV and all service bills corresponding to the property.

FOREIGN TOURISTS AND NON-RESIDENTS: Only paying in cash or foreign credit cards via Pay Pal, the payment will be free of VAT. To be able to issue a VAT-exempt invoice, it is necessary that when you arrive in Chile, you send us a single photo, photo of your passport, CI or DNI along with the PDI card that will be given to you upon entering the country. ** Paid with credit card includes an additional 5% operating cost on the total amount.

PAYMENT METHODS Your reservation will be confirmed once we receive the advance payment and the Check in form with your data. If you have any inconvenience in making the payment or filling out the form, please communicate with us. If you do not receive payment for your communication, your reservation could be null and void.

CHECK IN FORM: We need you to provide us with some data by filling out the CHECK IN form at the following link: https://goo.gl/forms/60796E1qJ6c7UvJd2. These data are essential to coordinate the arrival.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY The tenant undertakes at all times to respect the maximum number of occupants that can be accommodated in the house and/or the exact number of people with which the reservation was made, so in no case will the stipulated number be increased. Each house is prepared to accommodate a determined and maximum number of people, so no one will be admitted to a number of occupants that exceeds the established maximum.

Otherwise it will be considered as breach of the contract and other measures will be taken such as an extra charge, which could lead to the loss of the Fianza and/or directly to the evacuation of the property.

ENTRY AND EXIT TIMES Check in From 15 hrs Check out Until 12 hrs If you need a different scheduled time, please coordinate with us in advance, only if we have availability. Availability can only be known one day before arrival.

The cleaning staff will be able to enter the apartment, from the time you declared your departure on the check in form. If you wish to change this time, please communicate with us.

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE LESSOR AND THE TRADING COMPANY The lessor will not be liable in any way for the loss (of value) and/or damage to the belongings of the tenant and other occupants in the rented accommodation. You must be careful to protect all your valuables.

As a result, the property and the trading company do not assume responsibility for the injuries or death of the people who owned the property or guests on the rented property. Without this, we will always be happy to provide help with as many possibilities as possible to solve any problem or problem.

MINORS Warn tenants of the dangers and risks of minors staying in homes that have a balcony.

MUSIC, FIESTAS, NOISE It is totally prohibited to bother at times with music or noise. You cannot play music and make noise greater than 65 decibels from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am.

The holding of fiestas is totally prohibited, in case the authority or a fine from the community of the Ud building is present. will be fully responsible for the economic sanctions that this entails.

Meetings and/or multitudinous scenes (+8 people) are also prohibited.

Any of these actions could result in the resolution of this contract and expulsion from the house, with the consequent loss of the total reserve and financial security and without the possibility of a refund.

CLEANING AND OTHER SERVICES The apartment is delivered clean and there is no charge for the initial cleaning. However, if you want an intermediate cleaning service, you can hire it additionally. Other services such as parking, travel and airport transfer are not included in the rental rate and their implementation will be subject to availability, prior confirmation.

OTHER EXPENSES Expenses incurred by the tenant as a result of the supply of water, gas and electricity will be understood to be included in the price, unless otherwise indicated.
